Ordering Information

We use the Paypal system to process your payment. It is 100% secure and you can use any major credit/debit card or a Paypal account. Your True Colours is a fully verified Paypal Merchant. Your transaction will show up on your statement as YOURTRUECOL.

You will be sent a receipt for your payment via email as soon as your transaction is completed. If you don't receive an email receipt from Paypal then either you have provided an incorrect email address or it will be in your spam folder.

We will accept a cheque but your payment would have to clear before any items are shipped. Please contact us before you place your order if you want to pay by cheque.

Please contact us before you return any goods.

You can cancel your order, or part of your order, up to 7 days from the day after delivery of the goods by contacting us by email, telephone or in writing. Refunds will only be actioned if the items are returned to us within 7 days of you informing us of your intention to return the items. They must be returned in the original packaging and in the new and unused condition that they were dispatched in. Any seals must be fully intact.

If, unfortunately, your order is faulty please contact us immediately. Notice of such instances must be advised within 7 days of receiving the goods or it will be deemed that you accept the items. We will endeavour to replace the items to your complete satisfaction, failing this a refund will be given.

If you wish to return any items please note that we will not be liable for return shipping costs. We advise you to ensure that all goods for return are packed securely as we will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged in transit.

All refunds will be made by the same method as the payment was received and will be processed in a timely manner but please allow up to 28 days from notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping charges paid at the time of ordering from the refund value.

If a package is returned to us because Royal Mail or any other postal service were unable to deliver it then we will offer the customer the chance to pay the P&P required to re-ship the parcel. If the customer does not pay the re-shipping fee within 7 days of the re-shipping offer or does not want the parcel re-shipping then the order is deemed to be cancelled and the customer will receive a refund minus a £5.00 administration fee.

If you have a query about an order you have placed then you must provide your full name and address before we can look into any enquiry. Without your name and address then we cannot discuss anything due to the Data Protection Act.
