We use the Paypal system to process your payment. It is 100% secure and you can use any major credit/debit card or a Paypal account. Your True Colours is a fully verified Paypal Merchant. Your transaction will show up on your statement as YOURTRUECOL.

If you live in the UK then we will accept a cheque but your payment would have to clear before any items are shipped. Please contact us before you place your order if you want to pay by cheque.

We will ship products to anywhere in the world but all the prices shown on this website are in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling). Please use the currency converter to display the cost in your own currency. Your True Colours are not responsible and has no control over the conversion rates applied to your payment.

Please contact us before you return any goods.

You can cancel your order, or part of your order, up to 7 days from the day after delivery of the goods by contacting us by email, telephone or in writing. Refunds will only be actioned if the items are returned to us within 7 days of you informing us of your intention to return the items. They must be returned in the original packaging and in the new and unused condition that they were dispatched in. Any seals must be fully intact.

If, unfortunately, your order is faulty please contact us immediately. Notice of such instances must be advised within 7 days of receiving the goods or it will be deemed that you accept the items. We will endeavour to replace the items to your complete satisfaction, failing this a refund will be given.

If you wish to return any items please note that we will not be liable for return shipping costs. We advise you to ensure that all goods for return are packed securely as we will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged in transit.

All refunds will be made by the same method as the payment was received and will be processed in a timely manner but please allow up to 28 days from notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping charges paid at the time of ordering from the refund value.

A parcel posted to a UK address is not deemed to be lost until 15 days after posting at which point we will submit a claim. A parcel posted to an address outside the UK is not deemed to be lost until 25 days after posting at which point we will submit a claim. If the claim is successful then you will receive replacement products up to the value of £41 (£500 if additional insurance cover has been purchased by the customer) minus your original shipping fee. You will be required to pay for shipping for the replacement products to be posted to you if applicable. Please be aware that claims for lost packages can take several weeks to complete.

If a package is returned to us because the Royal Mail were unable to deliver it for any reason then the customer must pay full P&P again to have the products delivered to them again. If a client does not pay the P&P then we will refund the amount paid for the order minus P&P paid and a £5 administration fee.
